Miss, you, Duck ... so many memories of you and Moose ... Bino and Di Graz and The Boys. What a great time it was over by Komarek with you guys who lived on Forestview Dr and on 24th across from the school. Mau, Pow, Chas, the Cannataro's and Erik up the street a bit on 12th. Good times ... from your old buddy, Berg.

Rick and I spent alot of time together growing up near Komarek school in North Riverside. We lived about a block apart. We had sleepovers, played swift and little league and APBA, listened to the Silver Dollar Survey, collected 45s, rode our bikes, talked about girls and generally hung out. Rick's mom would take us to Pottowatomie Park to play golf in her company outing in the summer. We'd ride our bikes to Columbus Park to play golf, and also to Meadowlark. Junior year Rick and I drove to RB every morning in his car.We even doubled on my first date with Mary Danukos. He took Debbie Gauzen, and we went to the 66 Drive-In.
Later we called him "Duck," because of the way he walked I think.
Remembering those days. Miss you Rick. RIP
