I will always remember Brad as the best dressed guy in school.  We first met in Principal Larue Thompson's office Freshman year.  We had both just delivered our campaign speech before elections for Student Council.  In which I used a reference to drinking a "16 oz. can of Bud at Swan Pond" - and Brad later followed up with a reference to my comment. Mr. Thompson threatened our removal from the Student Council ballot - but instead (after much pleading) gave us a detention and a "I will have a close eye on the both of you".    Brad got elected for his good looks and intelligence.  I got elected because I made an outrageous comment.
